About Dream X Flower

With more than 10 years of experience, Dream X Flower is a floral event studio deeply rooted in the philosophy of flower art. Located at 1270 Broadway in Manhattan, New York, the studio brings beauty and inspiration to both events and personal spaces through American-style floral design and Sogetsu Ikebana.

Floral art is more than the natural beauty of flowers; it is an expression that blends human thought, personality, and culture. Through this lens, each arrangement becomes a reflection of creativity and meaning.

With our studio’s creativity and technical expertise, we offer unique floral experiences, including thoughtfully designed event arrangements, inspiring Ikebana classes, and engaging floral art workshops.

 About TEISEN (庭川)

Teisen (庭川) is the studio's Ikebana presentation, which offers weekly Sogetsu Ikebana lessons and takes Ikebana projects.  Sogetsu is an avant-garde art form of flower design which blends traditional techniques and contemporary expression.

In 1927, Sofu Teshigahara recognized Ikebana as a creative art form and founded the Sogetsu School, breaking away from established forms. Today, the school is led by Akane Teshigahara, Sofu Teshigahara’s granddaughter. Sogetsu Ikebana can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, using any material. It can adorn doorways, living rooms, kitchen tables, enhance hotel lobbies, banquet rooms, shop windows, and large public spaces, enriching any environment, whether Japanese or Western.
